4 – 10 years old
Mindful Awareness is a widely used stress-reduction technique that works by enabling children to pay closer attention to what is happening within them – thoughts, feelings, emotions; so that they can better understand what is happening to them. In our club we teach children how they can be more compassionate to themselves and others. We combine mindfulness into our lessons to help learners feel happy, calm and peaceful on a daily basis while mastering key social skills according to their individual needs and development.
